This print is a portrait of a potted cacti plant.
It is a reductive screen print, so only one screen was involved. Each successive color layer was hand drawn onto the screen, printed, and then filled with screen filler to create the next color layer. Because of this process of "no return" it is also commonly known as a "suicide" print.
